BOSTON, NYC, NEW JERSEY & MIAMI this Southern Bell has been gracing stages and film sets all across the eastern seaboard. Ms. Bell began her career in the entertainment industry by joining a professional neo-classical ballet company at the age of 15. While dancing with Brevard Ballet Theater, Ms. Bell danced classic characters such as Carmen in Carman, The Arabian Dancer and Dew Drop in The Nutcracker and the Black Swan in Swan Lake. After retiring from the ballet company, Lauren went on to achieve a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Theater and in Communications from Palm Beach Atlantic University, which helped launched her career as an actor, singer and a dancer in the live theater industry. Favorite regional theater shows and roles include; Chicago (Annie the Merry Murderess), White Christmas (Rhoda), Gentlemen Prefer Blondes (Gloria Stark), 42nd Street (Diane Lorrimer) and Mame (Gloria Upson) starring opposite Leslie Uggams, which gained Ms. Bell recognition that led to offers from prestigious theaters such as The Maltz Jupiter Theater, Actors Playhouse, Palm Beach Dramaworks, and Fiddlehead Theater. In addition to Lauren Bell’s theatrical experience, Ms. Bell's film and television credits includes working on Iron Man 3, Graceland, Magic City and The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel. Lauren has also performed and directed voice over dubbing projects that has given her experience in creating fun and innovative characters in English Dubbed versions of several Telenovelas, Brazilian Soap Operas and European foreign films.

Ms. Bell’s experience is vast and filled with passion for quality, which led her to be an accomplished professional actor, singer, dancer whose career spans both the theatre and film industries. In addition to Ms. Bell’s Bachelor Degree, she also holds a Masters of Science Degree from Full Sail University in Entertainment Business. It was while Ms. Bell was attending Full Sail University, where Lauren launched the production company Breaking Boundaries Productions, which specializes in producing stories that inspire, educate, and evoke action for positive change up on the stage, screen, and airwaves.

Another element to Lauren’s career is her passion for teaching. She is also an accomplished dance teacher and fitness coach who likes to incorporate physical athletic training into her methods that has given proven results up on the stage. Most recently you can see one of Lauren's students in Meredith Willson's The Music Man on Broadway and you can find Lauren teaching full time at St. Andrews School in Boca Raton, Florida.
